Rich came out to install my water heater. He was awesome. He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, affordable, and prompt. He communicated well, worked quickly, and even when we ran into some issues, he handled them like a total pro. He got my water heater up to code, pulled permits, grabbed the water heater from the supplier, installed it and cleaned up all in half a day! I would 100% recommend them.

Rich showed up on time and walked through the items with me. I immediately felt comfortable with his knowledge and also his recommendations/comments. Rich also gave me honest advice on the best approach for the work and what would be best for me and my family. I was quoted the price and he got to work on the items. His quality of work, efficiency, and professionalism was top notch and he finished everything beyond my expectations. I will no doubt use Tyco as my plumber, and would give them more than five stars if I could.

I’ve had nothing but superb experiences with Rich. He has gone above and beyond to now help me process two warranty repairs and only charged me for labor, despite the additional hours of work he put in to get the faulty parts covered. He previously corrected the poor work of another plumber (from a different company), and this time worked around my tricky schedule and that of my renters to complete the repairs in a very timely manner. He was nothing but gracious and professional despite some warranty hiccups, and even apologized for the hassle (which was in no way attributed to him). I use Tyco exclusively now and recommend them to anyone.

This week Josh came out to flush and service my tankless water heater. He called to let me know he was on the way. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Explained everything he was going to do and then went over everything he did, and for the quoted price. Never any surprises with Tyco plumbing, just top shelf work.
